The most common support question we receive is not receiving the editions via email. The most common solution in almost every instance is insuring that dailynews@leedsherald.com is added to your Safe Sender List.

Multiple subscribers that use charter.net are having delivery issues that are confirmed to be internal to Charter email. We are more than happy to send you a link to any edition you have missed until Charter fixes their problem.
